Privacy policy

Information you provide

We store the details you submit through contact, service and office-viewing forms to process your request and follow up. Viewing requests include the building, approximate area, proposed date and time, and contact number. A requested appointment is subject to confirmation.

Jouri conversations

A conversation starts after you consent to its storage and select automated replies or a member of staff. Messages and replies are stored in Aamal Hub along with session information, the starting page, request summaries and contact details you provide. A private internal channel supports staff follow-up.

A secure cookie identifies your chat session for up to seven days. Session expiry or closing the chat does not delete the stored conversation. An automatic deletion period has not yet been adopted. Contact us to request review, correction or deletion of your information.

Purpose and authorised access

Information is used to answer questions and follow up on services, offices and quotations. Access is limited by system permissions to the assigned employee, authorised Aamal management and authorised members of the private follow-up channel. Conversations are not automatically available to all Group companies or other visitors.

Automated replies

When automated replies are selected and enabled, relevant conversation text and request summaries are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. You may choose staff assistance or request a handover. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents in chat.

Service requests and attachments

Tickets and attachments are stored for the responsible team to process the request. Keep your private tracking link safe. Office-viewing requests go to Aamal’s Maintenance and Customer Service department for coordination.

External services

WhatsApp and other external platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Opening a WhatsApp link does not automatically send a message.
